HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our “Made to order” production time is 1-2 weeks for most items but please check the item description for a more accurate timeframe or contact us.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We are based in Australia and we ship worldwide. Some countries (in Africa, remote islands...) may take a little longer for delivery and custom clearances so please contact us if you have any questions.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?
We offer worldwide standard and express trackable shipping. Select the shipping method and price that best meet your needs and timeframes at the checkout.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
You can pay your order with Mastercads, Visa, Amex and PayPal (does not require an account but a credit card). Please contact us if you're from Europe as we have a European bank account and can organise a bank transfer with IBAN number.
IS MY ORDER TRACKABLE
All parcels are shipped via a registered and trackable service except for the garters when they ship economy (free). If you'd like to track your garter order, you will need to select a shipping upgrade at the checkout for a small feee.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Except for our garters which are either tissue paper wrapped or stored in a keepsake box depending on postage option, all our pieces will come safe in a keepsake box and ready for gift giving. We do our best to reduce our footprint and be environmentally friendly so you may receive different pieces in a same keepsake box. We do not include paper invoices unless they're required by customs in the country of delivery.
DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS
Trackable packages are insured for up to $100. If your trackable order (doesn’t apply to garters that ship free of charge - please upgrade the shipping to get the free insurance) order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will start an investigation and claim the insurance from our courier and will send you your order again. Please contact us should you encounter this issue and provide us with photos of damaged products.
If your order is above $100, please contact us to upgrade it to its value. It’s usually a couple of extra dollars, it is not expensive.
We do our best to reduce our footprint and be environmentally friendly so you may receive different pieces in a same keepsake box. We do not include paper invoices unless they're required by customs in the country of delivery. We also believe that sending a parcel shouldn’t cost the earth and ship about 95% of our orders through Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service. Finally, we reuse all kinds of satchels, fillers and boxes we have on hands to protect your order on its journey to you.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs and import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid upon collection by the receiver. Customers should be aware of the customs and clearance fees and charges of their home country and we recommend that you contact your local customs office or government website for current charges before you order to avoid any unforeseen charges. We label items as merchandise and with true value as it is a criminal offense to make a false declaration on the custom form.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Due to the delicate nature of each piece, we are unable to accept refunds and exchanges. We ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible. Please choose your items carefully and feel free to ask us any questions about our items prior to purchase.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PIECES?
Pieces made with brass elements that are not plated will eventually tarnish after time. We recommend to store your pieces in an airtight place such as a box or a zip lock bag to keep the moisture, airflow and direct light away to keep your pieces beautiful.
Avoid getting hairspray or other products on your headpieces and jewellery as any oils or chemicals can damage the metals and cause discolouration.
Please handle your metal pieces with great care and avoid bending them back and forth too many times. Contact us should you have any question about how you'd like to style your pieces how flexible and bendable they can be.
Great care is taken to ensure your product will arrive to you in a timely manner and in great condition. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damages caused during the shipment.
Shenoblesse is not responsible if the purchaser did not receive their item in time for their wedding or needed by date. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the production and shipping timeframes upon ordering and to be aware of any delay custom clearance may take when an item arrives in the destination country.
