THE BEAUTY OF FERNS |
I am so excited to share this special project I have been working on for the past few weeks for the sweetest Anaïs, a Belgian bride.
That’s right, the bride lives in the beloved country I left 6 years ago and she speaks French just like me so you can imagine how delightful it was to discuss the details of her special pieces in my mother tongue - though I have to admit it wasn’t without struggle at first.
Gorgeous Anaïs (she literally is) contacted me to design and create a delicate silver bridal necklace featuring a leaf with tiny zircons, scattered freshwater pearls and a dainty chaînette finished with a pearl that would compliment the open back of her wedding dress. She was also after a matching bracelet made of the same elements but that wouldn’t be too matchy matchy.
The fine leaf details evoke a sense of fresh and modern art nouveau world while small freshwater pearls add a touch of elegance.
This set feels fresh and feminine while being quite minimalist and we couldn’t love it more. We are beyond thrilled Anaïs loves her jewellery as much as we loved making them for her. See how gorgeous she looked on her big day below!
